Went back and filled in the summary and review for TMNT Comic #4.
Set in the Fast Forward era of the 4Kids cartoon, this one deals with Mikey stealing an intangibility gauntlet reverse-engineered from the Street Phantoms' cloaks, only to get trapped in ghost-mode. Pretty good, featuring a story by Tristan Jones and art by Nick Roche (of Transformers fame).
