Ace Duck celebrates the 4th of July (on Valentine's Day)

Happy Valentine's Day! Or Happy Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie Day for some of you.

Frequent TMNT Entity contributor Adam Winters sent me scans of this 1990 TMNT Valentine Funbook and it happened to have a comic strip in it featuring Ace Duck (inexplicably talking about the 4th of July with Raphael).  I've seen some of these Valentines around online, but never the comic, so hey, why not share?

I hope this appeases the hundreds of thousands of Ace Duck fans who have been starving for content.

And on the subject of content, these Valentines sure are bizarre.  Look at this Rat King:

And I'm sure you've all seen this Bebop & Rocksteady Valentine before, it's a low-level meme:

But if that one doesn't contain enough innuendo for you, then try this one on for size:

Anyway, enjoy Sonic the the Hedgehog.

Mark - Just wanted to say "thank you." I just got into TMNT figure and comic collecting and have been looking for a site just like this. Well done.

To borrow a line from Jim Halpert, I'd like to say that this post left my satisfied and smiling.

Please, at least review the final Season 4 episodes of the 4 Kids TMNT cartoon. Most TMNT fans agree Seasons 1–4 are great. After that, opinions differ.

Fun fact: This post got me motivated to go see Sonic's movie opening night. Glad I did too!
