Putting together the index for the Fleetway Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles comics is tedious and boring work. I'm up to #50, but I've still got 34 issues to go, plus the specials.
So to break up the monotony, I went back and reviewed the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Preview.
It's the "#0" issue of the series, promoting the ongoing. It's certainly... "special", for all the reasons I'll articulate in my review.
